YATED Engine Workshop<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2008, a training project was launched to solve problems such as service and marketing incompatibilities in the marine engines sector and the inadequacy of after-sales services. Working group participants determined that a lack of trained and qualified technical personnel was at the root of these problems. As a result of the interviews and investigations, inspired by the training programs in similar sectors such as automobiles and telecommunications, a common agreement was reached with \u015ei\u015fli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and the Marine Engines Technology Class was established. This class continued until 2019 at \u015ei\u015fli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which provides modern building facilities with a capacity of nearly 5000 students.<\/p>

Starting from 2020, the project started to be continued with Haydarpa\u015fa Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School (MTAL) with a similar concept. As Yacht and Boat Industry Association (YATED), in cooperation with Haydarpa\u015fa MTAL, T.R. Adhering to the curriculum of the Ministry of National Education, we established a Yacht and Boat Engines Workshop under the Automotive Electromechanics Branch of the Motor Vehicles Technology Field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Students continue their education in the workshop, which was completely renewed in Haydarpa\u015fa MTAL in 2020, financed by YATED. 34 students studying in the 10th grade in the 2020-2021 academic year and 17 students studying in the 12th grade in the 2022-2023 academic year had the opportunity to do an internship with YATED members. In 2022, the 5 most successful students in the workshop were sent to D\u00fcsseldorf, Germany, within the scope of the Erasmus Program, and all expenses were covered by YATED.
Finally, in February 2024, 16 students from the 12th grade received training on “Maintenance and Repair of Outboard Marine Engines” from the technical service personnel of Mercury Sport.
In the new academic year, YATED continues to provide lunch, training and internship support, and stationery support to students who come to receive training at YATED Marine Engines Workshop every Wednesday.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
