Sailors of the Future at Bosphorus Boat Show

This year, our association organized an important event for students studying at maritime high schools and universities and offered them the opportunity to meet the industry.

We hosted 305 students from Pendik Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Maritime Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Hacı Rahime Ulusoy Maritime Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Piri Reis University at our fairgrounds.

Our association, which organized the transportation and meals of the students to the fairground, contributed to the spread of maritime culture.

Our Association Manager Kadir Karakaya participated in the opening ceremonies of the Bridge Simulator Workshop and Sea Survival Practice Training Facilities, which were established within the school with donations, on November 20, 2024. The “Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol” between our Association and Sefa Atakaş DMTAL was signed after the opening ceremonies in order to determine the principles of our support to the school and to ensure its sustainability and development.

As the Yacht and Boat Industry Association, we will continue to support school-industry cooperation projects.
